Happy Cat Books

The Bubba Deuce Caboose is the story of Buddy Boy’s adventures on his train car. For the last 20 years I have been a musician and singer for the international touring band “Cash’d Out”, a Johnny Cash show. I live in Las Vegas, NV, with a very fat gray tabby cat named Buddy Boy. I tend to call him a different name every time I see him, a new name every day. He’s extremely smart and knows what I’m going to do before I think it. This is the story of him traveling to all the places that I have seen and embarking on new adventures. I illustrated this book as I traveled to perform, imaging Bubba in all those wonderful locations. I hope you enjoy the adventures of Bubba and follow him as his story rolls on.  -- Douglas G. Benson
